Take it & build
Kiicc skips the brand-build a working coach almost never has time for. The wordmark is set. The visual identity is set. The .com is set. The working media layer, the working software stack, and the working equipment line are sitting on the site, indexed, ready to be activated as a licensed room. The active-development path means a working coach takes the brand and runs the room next month, not next year.
What This Means
Skip the brand-build, go to product
Most founders spend six to twelve months on brand work before they ship anything: domain hunt, naming, identity, voice, positioning, content, site build. Kiicc is that work, already done. The package transfers and the site is live — your timeline starts at week twelve, not week one.
The five-phase guide below is brand-specific where it matters and quiet where it doesn't. We don't pad it with generic startup advice — pick the parts that apply to your direction and ignore the rest.
Secure & Settle In
First few weeks
Transfer Domain
Move kiicc.com into your registrar of choice — combat-sports operators tend to use Namecheap, Hover, or Google Domains depending on whether they already manage a working coach-side digital footprint. Lock the domain. Set the working DNS. Confirm the registrar's privacy and renewal-protection settings are on. The domain is the asset. The asset doesn't lapse.
Reserve Handles
Lock @kiicc on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube before any working content goes up. Combat-sports audiences run on Instagram and YouTube — the working coach profile, the working corner-camera footage, the working amateur-card recap. TikTok matters less for the brand at launch but the handle is still cheap to hold. X is optional. Threads is optional. The handle is not.
Set Email & Routing
Stand up info@kiicc.com, license@kiicc.com, and capital@kiicc.com on a working email provider. The working coach licensing inbox runs through license@. The capital-side underwriting calls land at capital@. The working media inquiries land at info@. Three inboxes. One working coach reads them. No corporate routing.
Make It Yours
Month one
Identity Confirmation
Confirm the visual identity locks against the working room. The KIICC wordmark in Inter bold is set. The oxblood-black (#2D1A10) and saffron (#FF7A1A) palette is set. The wall-mount, the bag-wall wrap, the floor tape, the membership card — confirm each one renders cleanly in the room's light. If a working coach prints a wrap and it reads wrong on the bag wall, the brand fails at first contact. Print the test pieces before the launch card-night.
Site Customization
Customize the regional working contact, the working coach roster on the gym page, and the working class schedule template. The site is built — what you change is the regional working data: which licensed gym is in which city, who the head coach is, what the working amateur-card calendar looks like, which working sponsor is attached to each card. The architecture stays. The room data lands underneath.
Working Mockups Review
The bag-wall wrap mockup, the membership-booklet mockup, the apparel-line mockup, the card-night ring-apron mockup are on the site. Review each one against the working room. If the bag-wall wrap mockup reads as a Kiicc wall and the room reads as a Kiicc wall when wrapped, the visual layer holds. If it doesn't, send the working print file back to the wrap supplier for a working revision before the licensed gym opens its doors.
Build Presence
Months two through four
Working Content Cadence
Two pieces a month, working language. A regional amateur card recap. A working coach profile. A working corner-camera clip from a network gym. The cadence is small and durable. The brand is not built to flood feeds; it's built to cover the rooms the headline platforms don't. Working coach voice, working scorecards, working corner audio. No headline-driven hot takes. No personality content.
Newsletter Working List
A monthly working newsletter to the licensed gym network and the working subscriber list — what cards ran, what cards are coming, which working coach earned the certification, which working amateur won a regional belt. Plain text. Cream cardstock when printed. No flashy email graphics. The newsletter reads like a working coach's newsletter.
Working PR & Outreach
Outreach to regional combat-sports outlets — local boxing news desks, regional MMA blogs, working sanctioning bodies — when a network gym opens, when a working amateur wins a regional belt, when a card-night runs in a working market. The outreach is plain — a one-page release, a working photo, a working coach quote. The amateur and regional combat-sports press still answers email. Use it.
Go to Market
Months three through six
Licensed Room Launch
Open the first licensed Kiicc room in a regional working market — a working coach who has been operating for at least three years, a working room with a working membership base. The launch lands on the home market's working amateur calendar. The bag-wall wrap goes up. The wordmark goes above the door. The first card-night ships within the first six months of the room.
Network Card-Night Production Kit
Working card-night production kit ships to the licensed room — regulation ring, working ring announcer, working judges' table, working ringside medical setup, working corner-camera rig. The first card-night runs under the network production standard. The fighter walks out under the working production. The crowd sees a working card.
Working Equipment Distribution
Stock the licensed gym with the working equipment line — gloves, wraps, mitts, headgear — at member pricing. The working margin lands with the gym. The brand reaches the body. The wraps go on the wrist; the gloves go on at the bag wall; the mouthguard sits in the corner. The first month of distribution is the brand's first working contact with the customer.
Grow & Expand
Year one and beyond
Network Expansion
Expand from one licensed room to ten across regional working markets in the first eighteen months. Each new license signs after a working coach assessment, a working room visit, and a working business review. The network keeps the brand layer; the room keeps the floor. The pace is working pace — three to four new rooms a year — not venture-pace.
Working Certification & Youth Tracks
Roll out the coaching certification cohort and the youth-track curriculum across the network. The first cohort runs at the flagship room. The youth track runs after school in licensed rooms with the working scholarship layer in place. Both tracks are working tracks — paid working coaches, working safety floor, working assessment — not free pilots that quietly fold.
Network Card-Night Calendar
Run an annual network championship across regional rooms — eight-bout card, working amateurs and masters, working judging, working purse. The championship is the working visible apex of the network's regional card-night calendar. It is not a pay-per-view product. It is the working capstone of the year for working amateurs in the network.
Trademark Detail
Filing at a Glance
Kiicc is a coined fanciful mark — invented, no dictionary equivalent, no descriptive meaning in English. Coined and fanciful marks sit at the strongest end of the trademark protection spectrum. The doubled-i and double-c sequence increases mark distinctiveness against any near-phonetic neighbor. Risk of conflict with KICK or KIK marks is mitigated by the distinct letter sequence and the combat-sports working context. Based on linguistic and structural analysis. Independent USPTO verification required before commercial use.
